LIBERAL DEMOCRATIC PARTY (LDP), UNVEILS RUNNING MATE FOR THE 2022 GENERAL ELECTIONS.

The Presidential candidate for the opposition, Liberal Democratic Party, Job Kwabena Laboja announced his running mate ahead of the 2022 general elections in a short ceremony premiere on Facebook from the Party's ultramodern auditorium in Accra on Wednesday, April 27, 2022.

Mr. Laboja in announcing the affable and intelligent Miss Gloria Azumah on the platform emphasized that his choice was arrived at in consultation with the Party leadership as stipulated in the party constitution. He again hailed Miss Gloria Azumah as a quick-witted and prominent individual whose impact was enormous and could be felt across the country.

Miss Azumah served as the Deputy District Secretary of CAMFED Association Members (CAMA), Accra-Chapter. She currently is the only Level 300 student to have maintained a first class cumulative grade point average (CGPA) from Level 100. As a result, she has made it to the 2022 Rector's list of the Ghana Institute of Journalism.

The flag bearer described her as someone who has passion for promoting women and youth empowerment in the country.

“She has passion for children for which reason she has embarked on several campaigns that saw to the liberation of children’s freedom”.

He added.

Miss Azumah in a short speech expressed gratitude for the party and promised to work extra hard to help the Party ensnare power come 2022 general elections. She promises to be an embodiment for the vulnerable in the country.

"I will work to champion the rights and freedom of women and children in this country".

She stated.

The ceremony was attended by no less personages of the Political party than the National Chairman, Isaac Akpah; The Communications Director, Helena Amoah; The National youth organizer, Esther Boadu; The Deputy National Chairperson, Kuchando Bintu and the Deputy Campaigns Manager, Albert Akoto-Bampo.
