LDP PROMISES TO RECONSTRUCT THE AGBOGBLOSHIE YAM MARKET.

On Saturday, April 23, 2022, the Liberal Democratic Party members and Executives took to the Agbogbloshie yam market to engage with the leadership team of the market with the promise of transforming the market into an ultra modern human friendly market.

The Agbogbloshie market tour was under the auspices of the Youth and Women organizers' wing of the LDP, headed by Agartha Osei.

The official visit to the market by the members of the LDP, was to interact with traders, patrons and concerned citizens within the Agbogbloshie jurisdiction and to distinctively understand their needs in order to find solutions to them.

Amongst other concerns placed before the leadership of the LDP was the seemingly neglect of the market by successive governments since its inception, despite the market serving as a food bank for the country.

Addressing the leadership community of the market on behalf of the Party, LDP's National Chairman, Isaac Akpah noted that, the best option will be to reconstruct the entire Agbogbloshie Yam Market in order to give

occupants a dignified life.

He said,

"the LDP will do exactly so when voted into office".
